About Jeremy and Eileen
Thank you for visiting my website. I love Austin and all it has to offer all who live here. I really enjoy helping those who are looking for a new home or selling a home in Austin. I know how hard it can be on a family to change cities and make a move to Austin. Before making my roots in Austin I lived in Phoenix, where I attended Arizona State University. Soon after I graduated from ASU, My wife and I moved to San Diego, CA to enjoy the beach life. We loved the beach life and everything it had to offer. My Wife, Son Brayden, and I visited family in Austin and fell in love with the family atmosphere here. We made the move to the Deer Haven community and we are in love with it! We enjoy the neighborhoods in the Bowie HS District. Sendera, Shady Hollow, Circle C, Brodie Springs, South Oaks, and Maple run are also wonderful neighborhoods.
Where can you find me? Every Sunday you can find us at the Lone Star Farmers Market in Bee Caves. My 2 year old loves to dance to the live music. We love to make our stop at Jo's on South Congress for an amazing Turbo! We love to sit on the patio and enjoy all the great people in Austin. After our coffee fix, we visit Zilker Park, Town Lake, Lake Travis, or Lake Austin to take Brayden for a walk. We love the live music and barbecue! We love spending time at Franklin, La Barbecue, and driving down to Lockhart for the best in Texas!
During the week I enjoy previewing homes in Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Buda, Kyle, and Dripping springs. All of these areas are seeing a huge expansion and I really enjoy previewing these homes. I also spend time visiting with new home builders, Pulte, Lennar, Milestone, David Weekly, Highland, Grand Haven, and KB Homes. All these builders are doing amazing work and building beautiful communities.
I enjoy meeting new clients at open houses. My favorite places in Central Austin for open houses are Allendale, Rosedale, Tarrytown, Old Enfield, Shoal Creek, Brentwood, Hyde Park, The Triangle, University, and Belmont. These areas and homes embody the essence of Austin. When I spend time walking these neighborhoods I always meet really great people, who have amazing stories about the culture of Austin.
If you are being relocated to Austin, being relocated out or adjusting moving in general. I would love to help! Being someone who has moved many times over the last few years, I know the challenges and struggles you are going through. I want to help make these new adjustments as easy as possible on you and your family.
Let your new adventure Begin!
